How does the cooling vest work?
Both vests use evaporative cooling. Water is added to the vest and, as it evaporates, it helps draw heat away so your dog stays more comfortable in the heat.
What is the difference between Fill & Go and Pour & Go?
Fill & Go holds water in an inner layer — you fill it once and it is designed for longer outings. Pour & Go uses an outer absorbent fabric that you wet before heading out. They are two separate products, not a basic and a premium version of the same thing.
How long does the cooling last?
The product information supplied for Fill & Go describes one fill lasting around 1–2 days of use. Actual results vary with temperature, humidity, wind and your dog’s activity — re-wet the vest whenever it starts to dry out.
How do I choose the right size?
Choose primarily by chest girth, then check the back length and neck girth. A size guide is on each product page. If your dog is between sizes, size up.
Can my dog wear it all day?
The vest is designed for active, supervised outdoor use. Always provide shade, fresh water and rest breaks, and never leave a dog unattended in the heat.
