A flat shipping rate of A$30.00 applies to every order.
Estimated delivery time
Approximately 20 days from the date you place your order. We'll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Australia. Ordering from outside Australia? Email us at hello@paw-dream.com before you order and we'll confirm whether we can deliver to you.
Returns
If something isn't right with your order, email hello@paw-dream.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you sort it out. The full terms are set out in our Refund policy.
